2.). Additional income that you receive, if applicable. (Like Pensions, Social Security, etc)                            3.) Visible copy of driver's License or ID                                                     

4.) Current copy of utility bills (Gas and Electric)  

                          

Application Criteria (Immediate Denial)          

1. No evictions

2. No landlord collections

3. Utilities must be current

4. Identity must be verified

5. Felonies case by case basis                                        

6. Gross income must be at least 3x the monthly rental rate.

 

RENTERS INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED ON ALL LEASED PROPERTY.
